"Crushed coriander seeds go well with Lamb or Pork. Especially either Lamb gigot or Pork Fillet,; e.g. crushed seeds and tarragon sprinkled on chunks of Pork Fillet lightly coated with EVOO cooked at 180C for around 35min. Tasty"
