We do not accept returns due to food safety. However, if you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your ingredients. Either use the contact page on this website or email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will inspect your issue and order a refund or send replacement products if necessary.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our products cannot be returned due to food safety management. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will email you to offer an item of similar value.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
