"Just try adding a desert spoon to a tub of coleslaw. Honestly, it makes a huge difference. Even my teenage granddaughter, (who didn't believe me) is a convert. It adds a savoury tang to everything - curry, bolognaise and casseroles too. It comes in a really good size jar and lasts for ages"
