"This is a fab ingredient. We all know that occasionally, especially when we get towards the ned of cooking time, your dish needs a little something else and we reach for pepper, maybe some salt but pretty often to (standard) garlic granules. It's an easy quick fix/cheat. Step forward these smoked garlic granules and you will not believe the difference. They are truly fab, adding a depth of umami you'll be amazed at. My new best friend in the kitchen!"
