Masala Loaded Chips

- 700g floury potatoes, e.g. Maris Pipers
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Bart Medium Curry Powder
- ½ tsp Bart Paprika
Coriander Chutney
- 50g fresh coriander (leaves and stems), chopped
- 60g Greek Yoghurt
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Bart Garlic Paste
To serve
- ¼ red onion, finely chopped
- Lime wedges
- Red chillies, sliced
- Handful fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 tbsp Masala Crisp
Method
1. Peel and slice the potatoes into 1cm thick chips
2. Add to a large bowl with the cornflour and toss well to coat.
3. Add the oil, salt, Curry Powder, and Paprika and toss again until evenly coated.
4. Place into the air fryer and cook at 190C for 20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
5. Meanwhile make the coriander chutney. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend, adding splashes of water until you have a smooth chutney.
6. Tip the chips onto a serving plate and top with the onion, red chilli, coriander and a Final Flourish of Masala Crisp. Serve with the coriander chutney on the side for dipping.
