Curried lamb kebabs

Enjoy these succulent, spiced lamb kebabs in a flatbread with salad and yoghurt.

- 300g Lamb leg steaks
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 tbsp Bart medium curry powder
- 1/4 Cucumber
- 4tbsp Natural yoghurt
- 2-3 Sprigs of mint
- Flatbreads
Method
- Put the lamb pieces into a bowl, squeeze over the juice of half the lemon and dust with the curry powder. Stir until all of the lamb pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
- When ready to cook, thread the meat onto two skewers, heat a griddle pan or the BBQ. Once hot, cook the skewers on all sides for 1 ½ mins until browned.
- Meanwhile chop the cucumber into small chunks and shred the mint. Mix them with the yogurt.
- When the meat is cooked, serve with warm flatbreads and salad and drizzled with the yogurt dressing.
