Speedy chopped harissa chicken wrap. Made with rocket, parsley, red onion, roasted red pepper, chicken breast, and a zingy harissa yoghurt. Perfect for lunchboxes or picnics.Ingredients

- 2 cooked chicken breasts
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 1 handful rocket
- 1 small handful parsley
- Salt and pepper
Harissa yoghurt
- 100g yoghurt
- 2 tsp Bart harissa paste
- 1 tsp Bart garlic paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
1. Add the yoghurt, harissa paste, garlic paste, and lemon juice to a bowl. Mix well.
2. Add the rocket, parsley, red pepper, red onion, and chicken breast to a chopping board. Spoon over the yoghurt and season well with salt and pepper. Roughly chop everything to your desired consistency.
3. Divide the filling between the tortilla wraps. Roll up, slice in half, and serve!
