Harissa Lamb Koftas

Deliciously spiced harissa lamb koftas grilled to perfection. Serve with flatbreads, yoghurt and salad.

- 500g lamb mince
- ½ a brown onion, minced
- 25g panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp Bart garlic paste
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp Bart harissa seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
To serve
- 4 flatbreads
- Yoghurt
- Salad
To make the skewers
- 8 skewers, soaked for 30 minutes if wooden
Method
1. Add all of the ingredients for the koftas into a large bowl and mix well with you hands. Divide into 8 and shape into logs around 1 inch thick around the end of each skewer.
2. Heat the grill to high. Line a grill pan with tin foil and brush with oil. Arrange the koftas on the grill pan and cook for 12-15 minutes until browned and cooked through. Flip 2-3 times so they are evenly cooked.
3. Once cooked, remove from the skewers and serve with flatbreads, salad, and yoghurt.
