Air Fryer Harissa Honey Chicken Wings

Crispy air-fried chicken wings coated in a sweet and spicy harissa and hot honey sauce. These wings are cooked in out harissa spice blendĀ for double the harissa flavour!

Method

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry and place into a large bowl. Sprinkle with the harissa seasoning and toss well to coat. Drizzle with the vegetable oil and toss again. Preheat the air fryer to 240C.
  2. Cook the wings in batches for 14-16 minutes until crisp and cooked through. Remove to a warm plate and cover with foil whilst you cook the remaining batches, if necessary.
  3. Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Once melted add the harissa, lemon juice, and honey. Stir well and bubble gently for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  4. Once the chicken wings are cooked gently reheat your sauce and stir through half the parsley. Add your chicken wings to the sauce and toss well for a couple of minutes until the wings are well coated. Serve immediately with the remaining parsley.
