A tangy harissa mayo often served in France, Belgium, Algeria, and Tunisia. This sauce is flavoured with lemon, garlic, cumin, and our delicious harissa paste. Perfect for serving with fries and kebabs.Ingredients

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp Bart garlic paste
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Bart harissa paste
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- ½ tsp Bart ground cumin
- ½ tsp sugar
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined.
2. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days. This sauce tastes delicious served with fries and wraps!
