Sticky soy and garlic tofu with garlic rice - made using our Sticky Soy and Garlic Paste for a meal ready in under 30 minutes!Ingredients

Tofu
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 280g tofu
- 4 tbsp Bart Sticky Soy & Garlic Paste
Rice
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup rinsed and drained rice
Garnish
- sesame seeds
- spring onions
- red chilli
Method
1. Cut the tofu into cubes
2. Put the sesame oil in a pan, add the tofu and two thirds of the paste
3. Once the tofu has crisped up add the remaining paste
4. Simultaneously in a separate pan heat some sesame oil and add the crushed garlic, water, salt and rinsed and drained rice
5. Bring to the boil and then cover. Switch the heat to low and cook for 10mins. Allow to rest for another 10mins. (Don’t open the lid whilst the rice is cooking and resting to keep the steam trapped)
6. Plate up the rice with tofu and your garnishes!
