Method
Ingredients
- 1 premade pizza base
- 1 small ribeye or sirloin steak
- Olive oil
- ½ a red onion, thinly sliced
- Half a ball of torn mozzarella
- Small handful crumbled blue cheese
- A handful of rocket
- Balsamic glaze
- 2 tsp Bart Steak Seasoning
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
- Rub the steak all over with 2 tsp of olive oil and the Steak Seasoning.
- Heat a pan over high heat and fry the steak for 2 minutes per side until seared all over. It will cook more in the oven, so you want it quite rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and layer with red onion, torn mozzarella, and crumbled blue cheese.
- Arrange the sliced steak over the top.
- Bake for 7–9 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from oven and top with rocket and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Slice and serve immediately.
