- 20 pigs in blankets
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Bart chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Bart gochujang
- Sliced green spring onion, to serve
- Sesame seeds, to serve
Method
1. Cook the pigs in blankets according to the packet instructions.
2. Once the pigs in blankets are almost cooked, prepare the sauce. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Stir in the ketchup, sugar, and gochujang, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Let the sauce bubble for 30 seconds to thicken slightly.
4. Add the cooked pigs in blankets to the pan and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sliced spring onion and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
