Hot Honey Pigs in Blankets

Take your pigs in blankets to new levels by adding spicy hot honey. Made with our hot chilli flakes these are sure to impress at any Christmas party!Ingredients

- 24 mini pigs in blankets
- 5 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Bart chilli flakes
- Bart thyme, to serve
Method
1. Heat the oven to 200C or 180C fan. Evenly space the sausages on a lined baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through.
2. Meanwhile, add the honey and chilli flakes in a small saucepan or frying pan. Heat over a low-medium heat until starting to bubble. Stir well to combine, remove from the heat, and rest for 10 minutes.
3. Brush the sausages with the honey, warm it up a little if it is quite viscous. Place the sausages back into the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until completely cooked.
4. Serve with cocktail sticks!
