- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 200g lean pork mince
- 2x 150g packs straight to wok udon noodles
- 1/2x pack 320g stir fry veg
- 4 tbsp soy ginger paste
- Toasted sesame seeds, to serve (optional)
Method
1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced pork, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned, about 8 minutes.
2. Add the vegetables to the pan with the pork. Once they’re nearly cooked, about 3 minutes, add the udon noodles and cook until they’re heated through and loosened. Stir in the paste and toss everything together until well combined. Serve and enjoy!
