Smoked Garlic Goat's Cheese Dip

Creamy goat's cheese and smoked garlic dip baked with red onion chutney and a sprinkle of prosciutto shards. The perfect sharing dish to serve this New Year's Eve.

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix soft goat’s cheese, cream cheese, Smoked Garlic Paste, herbs, and Black Pepper until smooth, then spread the mixture evenly into an oven-safe dish.
  3. Add the toppings by dotting chunks of hard goat’s cheese across the surface and placing small spoonfuls of caramelised onion chutney on top.
  4. Bake the dip for 15–20 minutes, or until bubbling and lightly golden at the edges.
  5. While the dip bakes, lay the prosciutto slices on a lined tray and cook for 8–11 minutes, or until crisp, then allow to cool and break into small pieces
  6. Remove the dip from the oven and top with crispy prosciutto. Drizzle with olive oil, and serve immediately with baguette slices, crackers, or crudites.
