Smoked Garlic Goat's Cheese Dip
Creamy goat's cheese and smoked garlic dip baked with red onion chutney and a sprinkle of prosciutto shards. The perfect sharing dish to serve this New Year's Eve.
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix soft goat’s cheese, cream cheese, Smoked Garlic Paste, herbs, and Black Pepper until smooth, then spread the mixture evenly into an oven-safe dish.
- Add the toppings by dotting chunks of hard goat’s cheese across the surface and placing small spoonfuls of caramelised onion chutney on top.
- Bake the dip for 15–20 minutes, or until bubbling and lightly golden at the edges.
- While the dip bakes, lay the prosciutto slices on a lined tray and cook for 8–11 minutes, or until crisp, then allow to cool and break into small pieces
- Remove the dip from the oven and top with crispy prosciutto. Drizzle with olive oil, and serve immediately with baguette slices, crackers, or crudites.
