- 12 large Medjool dates, pitted
- 150 g Brie, cut into small chunks
- 6 slices of streaky bacon, cut in half lengthways
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate Molasses
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp Bart Pul Biber
- Optional garnish: Toasted pistachios or Bart Rosemary
Method
1. Preheat the airfryer to 190°C. Slice each date lengthwise to create a pocket, taking care not to cut all the way through. Fill each date generously with a chunk of Brie.
2. Wrap each stuffed date with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
3. Arrange the dates in a single layer in the airfryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Airfry for 10–12 minutes until the bacon is crisp and golden.
4. While the dates are cooking, combine the pomegranate molasses, honey, and Pul Biber in a small pan. Warm gently over medium heat, stirring until the mixture is glossy and just begins to bubble.
5. Once the dates are cooked, transfer them to the pan with the glaze and toss gently to coat each date evenly. Allow them to rest for 1–2 minutes so the glaze thickens slightly.
6. Serve the dates warm, optionally garnished with toasted pistachios or Rosemary.
