This molten Brie and pigs in blankets bake is the ultimate festive sharing dish, bubbling with sweet cranberry, honey, rosemary, and thyme. Scoop it up with crackers and sandwich it like a savoury s’more.Ingredients

- 400g Brie, chopped into large chunks
- 10-12 mini pigs in blankets, uncooked
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- ½ tsp Bart Rosemary
- ½ tsp Bart Thyme
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- Savoury crackers, to serve
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
2. Arrange the Brie pieces evenly in a small roasting dish and tuck the mini pigs in blankets in between.
3. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the top, scatter with rosemary and thyme, and drizzle with honey.
4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the sausages are cooked through and the Brie is bubbling and melty.
5. Serve immediately with crackers for dipping and scooping.
