A herby, garlicky, and slightly spicy Dill Pickle Seasoning. Perfect for tossing with fries, mixing through dips, adding to chicken or sprinkling over popcorn.Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Bart Dill
- 1 tsp Bart Parsley
- 2 tsp Bart Garlic Granules
- 2 tsp Bart Onion Granules
- 1 tsp Bart Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Bart Yellow Mustard Seeds, crushed
- ½ tsp Bart Green Jalapeño Chilli Powder
- Pinch of demerara sugar
- Vinegar or lemon juice
Method
1. Mix everything except the vinegar or lemon juice in a bowl. Store in a jar until ready for use. Serve tossed with fries, sprinkled over popcorn, mix with yoghurt to marinate chicken, or stir through sour cream and mayo for a tasty tangy dip. Add a splash of vinegar or lemon juice when serving to add a pickily tang.
