Harissa Roasted Tomatoes Savoury Yoghurt Bowl

A warm, savoury yoghurt bowl topped with roasted harissa tomatoes and smoky garlic, perfect for scooping up with crusty breadIngredients

Ingredients
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Bart Harissa paste
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Bart Rock Salt, to taste
- A few sprigs of fresh oregano.
- 250g full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp Bart Smoked Garlic Paste
- Crusty bread, to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan.
2. Add the tomatoes to a small roasting dish and toss with the Harissa Paste and olive oil. Season with salt and scatter over the fresh oregano.
3. Roast for 25 minutes, tossing halfway, until the tomatoes are starting to burst and are lightly browned in places.
4. Meanwhile, mix the yoghurt and Smoked Garlic Paste in a medium bowl until smooth. Lightly squash the roasted tomatoes, then spoon them over the yoghurt. Serve warm with crusty bread.
