Gochujang, Kimchi, and Bacon Cheesy Garlic Bread

Garlic bread made with a gochujang, kimchi, and garlic butter topped with golden, bubbling cheese and bacon. The perfect sharing starter or party snack for match days!Ingredients

- 1 large ciabatta loaf
Kimchi and gochujang butter
- 75g softened butter
- 1 tbsp Bart gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp Bart chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp finely chopped kimchi, drained well
Topping
- 100g grated Cheddar
- 100g grated mozzarella
- 5 slices bacon, fried and diced into small pieces
- 2 tsp Bart chives
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Mix together the butter, gochujang, garlic, and kimchi in a medium-sized bowl until thoroughly combined.
3. Add the grated Cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, and chives into a large bowl and toss together.
4. Slice the bread in half lengthways. Spread the butter generously over the bread. Sprinkle over the cheese mix.
5. Place the bread onto a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.
