Cheesy Mexican Garlic Bread

Cheesy garlic bread flavoured with ancho chilli flakes, Mexican oregano, and green jalapeño chilli powder. The perfect indulgent treat to serve as a starter or party snack.Ingredients

- 1 large crusty loaf, such as ciabatta
- 75g softened butter
- 2 tsp Bart chopped garlic
- ½ tsp Bart jalapeño powder
- 1 tsp Bart Mexican oregano
- 1 tsp Bart Ancho chilli flakes
- ½ tsp Bart sweet smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 100g grated Mozzarella
- 100g grated Cheddar
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Halve the bread lengthways.
3. Combine the butter, garlic, Mexican oregano, ancho chilli flakes, jalapeño powder, salt, and pepper, in a bowl.
4. Spread the bread with the butter and sprinkle over the grated cheese. Place on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
5. Sprinkle with a little extra ancho chilli flakes and Mexican oregano and serve!
