We've teamed up with The Real Seafood Co. to bring you some flavour-packed seafood recipes including these smoky crayfish tacos. These are perfectly spiced with our ancho chilli, sweet smoked paprika, and Mexican oregano and served with a spicy chipotle sour cream.Ingredients

- 2x packs Real Seafood Co Crayfish Tails
- Soft white tacos
- 1 small white cabbage head, shredded
- 6 radishes, julienned
- 2 tbsp chopped green jalapeños
- Small bunch coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp mayonaise
- Juice of half a lime
- 3 tbsp soured cream
- 1 heaped tsp Bart Chipotle paste
- 1 tsp Bart Sweet Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Bart Ancho Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Mexican Oregano
- Sliced red chilli to serve
Method
1. In a bowl, toss together the cabbage, radishes, jalapeños, coriander, lime juice and mayo in a bowl, with a pinch of salt
2. Mix together the soured cream and chipotle paste - have a taste and add some more chipotle if you like!
3. In a frying pan, heat a glug of oil over a medium heat. Add the crayfish tails ang give a toss. Then add the smoked paprika, ancho chilli and Mexican oregano. Keep stirring until crayfish is completely heated through and the spices are super fragrant!
4. Heat the tacos in a dry pan, and then layer up the chipotle soured cream, slaw and crayfish - top with chilli for an added kick, and enjoy!
