A quick and easy way to make flavoursome and succulent chicken breasts for a mid-week meal.

- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2tbsp Bart smoky BBQ seasoning
- 2tbsp Flour
Method
- Heat the oven to 220C/200C fan.
- Bash out the chicken breasts so they are the same thickness all over.
- In a press seal bag combine the Bart BBQ seasoning and the flour. Put the chicken in the bag and shake it until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
- Put the chicken on a non-stick baking tray and cook for 20 minutes or until its cooked through.
Serve with wedges and salad.
