Baked Feta and Grape Dip with Sumac

Indulge in the irresistible combination of creamy baked feta and juicy grapes in this enticing dip, elevated with a sprinkle of sumac for a tangy twist.

- 350g red grapes on the vine, in small bunches
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Bart sumac
- 10g fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 x 200g blocks of feta
- 2 tsp runny honey
- Toasted flatbreads, to serve
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C.
2, Add the grapes, half the olive oil, half the sumac, most of the dill to a small baking dish. Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well. Nestle the feta amongst the grapes. Drizzle over the remaining olive oil along with the honey and sprinkle over the sumac.
3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the feta is starting to brown. Sprinkle over the remaining dill and serve with toasted flat breads.
