White Pizza with Oregano Oil

The easiest pizza you'll ever make! Drizzled with a garlic and oregano oil and topped with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and fresh basil leaves. Ready in just 20 minutes this is the perfect last minute dinner.Ingredients

Ingredients
For the oregano oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Bart garlic paste
- Pinch Bart rock salt
- ¼ tsp Bart oregano
- Pinch Bart Pul Biber
- Pinch Bart black pepper
For the pizza
- Pre-made cooked pizza base
- 125g mozzarella
- 125g ricotta
- 30g freshly grated Parmesan
- Fresh basil, to serve (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C.
2. Combine the ingredients for the oil in a small bowl.
3. Spread the oil over the pizza base leaving a 2cm border.
4. Tear up the mozzarella and dot evenly over the base. Dollop on the ricotta. Sprinkle with the Parmesan.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the mozzarella is golden and bubbling.
6. Serve topped with a few leaves of torn fresh basil.
