A delicious Greek yoghurt dip made with shredded cucumber and flavoured with garlic, lemon, mint, and dill. Serve with flatbreads or crudités for the perfect sharing dish.
1. Wrap the cucumber in a clean tea towel or cheese cloth. Squeeze out the excess liquid.
2. Add the cucumber, yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice, mint, dill, garlic paste, and salt to a medium bowl. Stir well to combine.
3. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
