Soak these oats over night so that you get a quick start in the morning or grab them to eat on the go.

- 1/2 Bart vanilla pod
- 150ml milk (dairy or non dairy alternative)
- 1/2 tsp Bart Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Bart Ground Cinnamon
- 6tbsp porridge oats
- 2tsp flax seeds
- honey
- berries and seeds to serve
Method
- Scrape the seeds from the vanilla pod. In a tupperware or lidded jar mix the vanilla seeds and pod with the milk and spices. Stir in the oats and flax seeds, put the lid on and leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning give the oats a good stir, remove the vanilla pod, and serve topped with a drizzle of honey, seeds, and berries.
