Dressing
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Cook the orzo according to packet instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Stir through a little olive oil to stop the pasta sticking together.
2. Whilst the pasta cooks whisk together the ingredients for the salad dressing in a small bowl.
3. Add the pasta to a large bowl with along with the tuna, capers, onion, tomatoes, olives, and feta. Mix well. Pour over the dressing and mix again. Serve!
