Smoked Garlic Three Cheese Gnocchi
Info
A deliciously indulgent three-cheese gnocchi bake made with Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Gruyère. Infused with our Smoked Garlic Granules for added depth of flavour and finished with crispy baked prosciutto on top.Ingredients
Method
Ingredients
- 500g fresh gnocchi
- 1½ tsp Bart Smoked Garlic Granules
- 100g mozzarella, torn
- 75g mature cheddar, grated
- 75g Gruyère, grated
- 100ml double cream
- 75g prosciutto ~5-6 slices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Method
1. Toss the gnocchi with olive oil and spread in a medium sized baking dish. Roast at 200°C (fan) for 15-20 min until crisping up but not yet golden.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the crispy prosciutto. Place the prosciutto slices in a single layer on a lined baking tray. Place in the oven with the gnocchi for 9-12 minutes until crisped up – keep an eye on them so they don’t burn. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the tray.
3. Once the gnocchi are crisped up add the cheeses, Smoked Garlic Granules, cream and black pepper to the dish and mix well to combine.
4. Return to the oven and bake for 15 min until bubbling and golden. Grill for 2–3 min if you want the top extra bronzed.
5. Sprinkle crispy prosciutto and fresh parsley over the top just before serving.
