Cranberry Christmas stuffing

- 80g butter
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 2tsp Bart garlic paste
- 100g cooked chestnuts (roughly chopped)
- 70g dried cranberries
- 1tbsp Bart dried parsley
- 1tbsp Bart dried rosemary
- 1/2tsp Bart ground allspice
- 1/2tsp Bart ground cinnamon
- 250g Fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs (beaten)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C/ 160C fan. Melt the butter in a frying pan and gently cook the onion for 8 minutes then add the garlic, chestnuts, cranberries, herbs and spices and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl stir through the breadcrumbs and beaten eggs. Season and use a fork to mix well.
- Lightly oil a loaf tin and tip the stuffing mix in and spread into the corners. Bake for 35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
