This Bengal spice roasted broccoli works perfectly as a side dish or to stir into a curry mixture.

400g Broccoli
2tbsp Oil
Bart Raj masala
30g Sliced almonds

Method
Heat the oven to 200C. Put the Broccoli in a large bowl drizzle over the oil and sprinkle over the Bart Bengal Masala and season, toss thoroughly so the broccoli is evenly coated.
Tip into an oven tray and cook in the oven for 20-25mins until it’s tender and the edges are crisp. While the broccoli is cooking heat a dry frying pan and gently toast the almonds until they are golden.
Once the broccoli is cooked tip it onto a serving plate and scatter over the almonds.
