This Bengal spice roasted broccoli works perfectly as a side dish or to stir into a curry mixture.

- 400g Broccoli
- 2tbsp Oil
- Bart Raj masala
- 30g Sliced almonds
Method
- Heat the oven to 200C. Put the Broccoli in a large bowl drizzle over the oil and sprinkle over the Bart Bengal Masala and season, toss thoroughly so the broccoli is evenly coated.
- Tip into an oven tray and cook in the oven for 20-25mins until it’s tender and the edges are crisp. While the broccoli is cooking heat a dry frying pan and gently toast the almonds until they are golden.
- Once the broccoli is cooked tip it onto a serving plate and scatter over the almonds.
