Ground from red bell peppers, which have been slowly dried to retain their sweetness, Bart Paprika has a higher ASTA rating than most common paprika. Use to season meats before grilling, add to paella, mix with mayonnaise and serve with shellfish. An essential in a Hungarian goulash.

"I have just made paella using Bart's paprika, smoked paprika and turmeric. It was the best, much better than the prepared from the shops! I put a tsp of turmeric into the stock which adds a lovely warmth and is cheaper than saffron. All the spices blend together so well!"

"This is my All Time favourite Spice. I batch cook 50 percent of our weekly meals for my freezer. Paprika is in almost all of my soups, Chilli Con Carne and Bolognaise. If you haven’t dared to add it before do try. It adds a totally new dimension to the finished dish/taste."
