Simple to make, fast and tasty, this fish stew is a winner any day of the week.

- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 2tsp Bart sweet smoked paprika
- pinch Bart saffron
- 1tsp Bart garlic paste
- 150ml dry white wine
- 400g tinned chopped tomatoes
- 500g cubed white fish
- 230g pack mixed seafood
- small bunch parsley
Method
- In a large frying pan, heat the oil and cook the onion gently until softened.
- Stir in the sweet smoked paprika, saffron, garlic, wine and chopped tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the fish and seafood mixture. Cook gently for 5 minutes or until the fish is cooked and the seafood heated through. Scatter with chopped parsley.
