25ml sugar syrup
240ml Mediterranean tonic water
Ice

Method
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the gin and sugar syrup, and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Add a couple of cubes of ice to each of your glasses, and strain the cocktail over. Finish with the pink peppercorns and a sprig of fresh rosemary serve.
