Warm, peppery and subtly herbal, the pink peppercorns compliment the herby, sweet citrus notes of rosemary with a fruity, pine flavour, giving the classic G&T an attractive and simple twist.
- 120ml Dry Gin
- 25ml sugar syrup
- 240ml Mediterranean tonic water
- Bart Pink Peppercorns
- A spring of rosemary
- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the gin and sugar syrup, and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Add a couple of cubes of ice to each of your glasses, and strain the cocktail over. Finish with the pink peppercorns and a sprig of fresh rosemary serve.
