Indulge in the creamy tang of whipped harissa feta, a flavourful blend of smoked garlic, spicy harissa paste and rich cheese, harmonizing perfectly with the crispy perfection of seasoned roasted potatoes.

To serve
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan.
2. OPTIONAL - For crispy roast potatoes par-boil the potatoes in salted water for 5-10 minutes, until slightly softened. Drain and steam dry for 5 minutes. Shake well in the pan to fluff them up.
3. Add the potatoes to a roasting dish and sprinkle over the smoked paprika, cumin, mixed herbs, salt, and olive oil. Toss well. Roast for 45 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, make the dip. Add the feta, harissa paste, yoghurt, and garlic paste to a food processor. Blitz until super smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides with a spatula to ensure everything is well incorporated.
5. Top with the potatoes and drizzle with the harissa paste and olive oil. Scatter over the parsley. Squeeze over some fresh lemon juice.
