This rich and creamy smoked garlic dip is the perfect sharing centrepiece to serve at parties. It can be enjoyed with toasted bread, crackers, or crudités.
1. Grease a small baking dish with neutral oil.
2. Heat the olive oil in a small frying pan and add the smoked garlic, fry for 1-2 minutes over a medium heat until the garlic begins to sizzle. Remove from the heat and set aside.
3. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream to a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
4. Stir in the smoked garlic paste, cheeses, and dried parsley.
5. Tip into the baking dish and smooth out the top.
6. Bake for 22-30 minutes at 190C/170C fan until the cheese is nicely melted and bubbling.
7. Garnish with more parsley and serve with toasted bread, crackers, or crudites.
