115g dark chocolate (grated)
600ml full fat milk
140ml single cream
1 Bart cinnamon stick

METHOD

  1. Place the milk and cream in a saucepan. Break the cinnamon stick in half and add to the pan. Heat gently until very hot but not boiling.
  2. Whisk in the grated chocolate and continue whisking until it has melted.
  3. Remove the cinnamon stick and pour into two cups. Serve immediately.
